Taking place just south of our Currumbin Beach accommodation, Cooly Rocks On at Coolangatta is a spectacular beachfront celebration of the 50s, 60s and 70s that isn’t to be missed this 2019. Cooly Rocks On happens each year on Coolangatta’s Marine Parade, and fills it with an explosive display of vintage cars, live rockabilly music, markets, parades and more over a period of five days. It’s a retro extravaganza for the young and old, and one of the Gold Coast’s most iconic music festivals which brings the 50s, 60s and 70s to life like no other event in Australia.
Cooly Rocks On Music Festival returns for its ninth year on June 5 to June 9.
