Refunds and Cancellations

 

Administration Fee of $50.00 will apply if booking is cancelled.
Administration Fee of $200 will apply when less than 30 days notice prior to arrival date.
Administration Fee of $300 will apply when less than 7 days notice prior to arrival date.
Administration Fee of $500 will apply when less than 36 hours notice prior to arrival date.
No refunds will be applicable for early departure.
It is an offence to leave without paying your account in full.

Extra Guests


Extra guest charges $25.00 per person per night low and mid season and $30.00 per person high season.
Non-disclosure of any extra guests staying will incur an additional charge of $25 per person per night of your entire stay.

Breakages and Apartment Upkeep


Any breakages or damages must be paid for upon check out.
You agree to allow Sanctuary Lake Apartments, to charge your Credit Card or deduct from your Bond, the cost of extra cleaning any breakages and / or damages caused during our stay. All rubbish must be removed from your apartment and be placed in bins provided in the basement car park.
The apartment is to be left in a clean and tidy condition; if not, a minimum extra cleaning fee $75.00 will be charged against your credit card or deducted from bond.
Management and or their respective representatives, reserve the right to enter your apartment for servicing, maintenance repairs and inspections.
You agree to your credit card number and signature being held on file as security. If you have no credit card, a $300.00 bond is required and may be held up to 48 hours after departure and will then be forward to the supplied mailing address by trust account cheque

Body Corporate and House Rules


You will be provided with 2 sets of keys, should any set be lost or not returned upon check-out a replacement fee of $125.00 per set will apply and shall be charged to credit card or bond.
No smoking inside apartments: Smoking on balconies is permitted only if the balcony sliding glass doors are closed. If smoking has occurred in apartment a cleaning fee of $150.00 will apply
Guests must abide by the Body Corporate and House Rules. Foul language will not be tolerated at any time.

School Groups


School groups require 2 valid Credit Cards, letter from school committee or principle stating that they will be responsible for any damage or replacement cost, loss of rental at door rate of $300 per day while being repaired.
Supporters Groups require 2 Valid Credit Cards per apartment and 2 signatures on the apartment Registration Form.

 

Replacement and Repair Costs 

 

As these apartments are all individually owned by other families, they ask that when breakages and damages are caused to their property, that those responsible incur the cost so that the next incoming guests may enjoy the full use of the apartment and it’s facilities.
